Spa Etiquette
Spa Reservations require a credit card or gift certificate number when booking multiple services. In order to guarantee a service when needed, please schedule your next reservation prior to leaving the spa/salon.
Cancellations: We request 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the services reserved.
Children: For your comfort and the comfort of other spa guests, we ask that small children not be in the spa/salon unless receiving a service.
Pricing: All pricing subject to change without notice.
Payment We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal checks and Care Credit interest-free financing.
Retail Products: We offer professional salon and spa products for home use. If our products are not used, then we cannot guarantee the results of the service. If you are not satisfied with your retail products, please return them within 7 days of purchase for in store credit.
Gift Cards are available in any monetary amount and can be used for any service or product. Gift cards are not refundable for cash under any circumstances. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards have a one year expiration date.
